After playing on it yesterday, everything seemed fine and it was working as it should be. Turned it on this morning, played some Minecraft, turned it off for about 30 mins and turned it back on again. I managed to get to the environment loader and after selecting aroma, it displays a blank screen else. I have looked at previous posts, one of them being 5 days ago, and it was mentioned that deleting some plugins seemed to fix the issue. I’m not sure which plugins to delete and which ones to keep.
However now I can’t get past the original login screen. I enter my password, it loads to sign me in and everything freezes, no sound either. I’m not sure if deleting plugins will fix this issue either.
There may also be another thing, where I launch Minecraft and it says there is an update for the game, NOT the system. I tried to launch it without the update and everything had gone downhill since then.
Have you already deleted any plug-ins you downloaded immediately before your Wii U started experiencing issues? Regardless of whether or not they’re “bad” per se, to play it safe you can redownload them after you’re completely up to date with Aroma.
Honestly, I never had many plugins to begin with, only the original ones that you have when you first mod it. The only two I added myself was a screenshot plugin, which I deleted, and Inkay, which I haven’t deleted.
Perhaps @GamersInternatio or @Joshua8600PNID could help with your issues, although if they determine that this is not Pretendo-related (although I do believe they are), be advised that you can ask the NHD for further assistance, as demonstrated below:
If you do not have Discord or cannot use it, you could also go to GBATemp just in-case.
One other thing, I’ve managed to get past the login screen with a different account. I can launch anything and everything loads fine, it just crashes after an amount of time, it seems.
Is this consistent? Like every time? Or only sometimes?
Because sometimes very rarely - and we do not know why - certain Miiverse posts that are completely innocent and not corrupt - when they “pop up” preview in the WaraWara Plaza can crash a system.
