General Forum Update: Migration to the Klipy service

This forum has now transitioned to using the Klipy service for GIF searching.

Past Tenor GIFS should still render as of yet, however they may require extra time to load for some users.

I don’t remember it using Giphy before? When searching for GIFS, you would use Tenor.
