This user seems to have been posting multiple times an offensive GIF on this forum without restraint. He also seems to have been banned once, but immediately came back. Is it genuinely possible to ban certain GIF links from being used on this forum?

We can ban specific links, but people can easily evade that anyways by using a link that isn’t restricted. In this case as I’m sure you know, this GIF isn’t breaking any rules, it’s just a cringe GIF. The GIF might break at the end of June given it’s using Tenor anyways.

Is it possible to ban certain GIFS on this forum?
