002-0152 error in acnl

So I have disabled and enabled it again, now it’s giving me a new error code “001-0804”, saying that there can be made no connection to a server. The other error code was just saying that Nintendos online servers are shut down

@support-helper any ideas? I am really stumped here.

Could it be because I do not have the amiibo update on the cartridge? If so, any idea how I can update it?

Update’s don’t install to the cart, they install to the SD card.

But yes that could be a part of it.

To update:

  1. Open Nimbus and switch to Nintendo Network
  2. Try to launch ACNL
  3. It should prompt the Update, download it
  4. After it’s down, open Nimbus and go back to Pretendo
  5. Open Nimbus again and launch the Plugin
  6. Try connecting online an ACNL

Unfortunately i cannot update it normally because I do not remember my nintendo network ID password.

You don’t need to be logged into an NNID. You can download directly from the home menu when it prompts. Just be on Nintendo in Nimbus and launch ACNL and it can download directly from the home menu when launching ACNL.

It immediately opens a window telling me to log into my Nintendo network ID

There should be an option to download immediately or open eShop. Don’t click the eShop one.

Oh oops, sorry about that!

Anyway, I was able to FINALLY fix it. All I had to do was to update animal crossing to welcome amiibo. I’m very excited to play in online modus now!
