I want to launch the Miiverse via the Home Screen and it just gives me this error after the wii u plash screen
Can you translate???
This is a 160-2215 error, which iirc is a file corruption error, have you tried restarting the console, and seeing if that fixes it? Or is it stuck on that screen?
It says that there has an problem accrued and you need to press the prower button for 4 seconds to shutdown the console
No, its stuck. I tried restarting it and even unplugging and replugging it from the power
Could you try switching to Nintendo Network and attempting to perform a system update? I know you’re on the latest version but it may possibly fix things if you try and attempt to perform one
How do i put it back on Nintendo Network, do i uninstall the Inkay module from Aroma Updater? Is it safe to do with aroma?
An error has occurred.
Please turn off the console by pressing down the POWER-Button for at least four seconds.
Error-Code: 160-2215
Edit: Sorry, didn’t notice OP already replied ![]()
Press L+Down+Select on the HOME Menu > Inkay > set Connect to Pretendo Network to false (iirc that should be right)
If it complains about putting your password in, ignore it. Follow the same steps to set it to true after you’ve tried attempted performing an update
I did this now and it said my console is up to date but it still errors when i try to open miiverse
is it the same error now?
Yes, it is. Still the black screen like in the providet screenshot
Go to WiiUident and see what chip do you have
There is a simpler way, do the ports on your console have color?
No, that is not always true, some Wii U’s can have non-coloured/coloured ports and still share all different NAND types. It is just the common factor of coloured ports meaning Hynix chips, etc. The best way to identify is with WiiUIdent.
As said above, this is not 100% accurate. The only way to know for sure is with Wii U Ident.
My eMMC Chip was dying, im sorry for wasting time. Thanks anyways for trying ![]()
Can you even swap nand chips
Well… theoretically, you could, though, it would require skills of micro-soldering, and just overall poses a massive risk to break the console further, if your NAND is dead, there isn’t any point physically replacing it.
