I tried all the steps on how to get pretendo without modding.And when I tried signing in I got an error code 102-2613. And I’ve never made a nnid account, and I didn’t spell it wrong. Can someone please help me with this
You appear to still be on Nintendo servers.
If you are sure you entered the DNS properly, try using a mobile hotspot as your internet connection (as some Wi-Fi connections don’t allow the DNS).
Also, note that on SSSL hackless, you cannot use Miiverse. You need ot be modded using Aroma for that.
I think it might just be that but in the tutorial the person said to put either 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 for the secondary. And. I’m not sure which one I was supposed to to use
it sounds like you may have used a video guide or some other unofficial guide.

these sources tend to provide outdated or straight up incorrect information often; as such, please try to avoid video guides and the like whenever possible!
that being said, according to the official SSSL setup guide (Pretendo Network):
For the Secondary DNS, enter 9.9.9.9 (or another public DNS of your choice). This will serve as a fallback if Pretendo’s SSSL server should go offline, allowing your console to still access the Internet. If Pretendo is offline and the fallback is used, however, the console will access Nintendo Network rather than Pretendo Network. If this is undesirable to you, leave this field blank.
Either of those are fine as your secondary. I wouldn’t recommend following a video guide but Google’s public DNS, Cloudflare or Quad9 is fine
Still, some Wi-Fi connections don’t allow SSSL at all.
Which is why I recommend trying on a mobile hotspot now with the DNS.
