Hello so yesterday night i was playing mario and everything was working fine no problems and then today i go to my wii u and it tells me my wifi isn’t working. So what i did was deleted all of my saved wifi connections and re put my wifi and i keep getting the same error code 103-1601 and i did what ever ppl on reddit said still no luck is the pretendo severs offline or is it an issue with my console
Just to check, you don’t have anything like a hard drive on top of your Wii U right?
No i dont i have a usb stick
Sounds kind of dumb, but what I would recommend is that if you can do it, restart your router and try to move the console closer to the general direction your wifi router is. If not else, the Wii U only supports certain nintendo ethernet chipsets, and they are priced up to oblivion on markets like eBay which is unfortunate.
I have restarted it and the wii u is right beside my wifi but still exactly the same
Can you try using a mobile hotspot? Just as a test
I honestly wonder if there is a weak solder joint on the actual antenna connector, not where it connects to the mainboard, but where it is hard soldered to the antenna-pcb.
Is this still an issue?
