Why can't you NNID be the same as your PNID?

if you attempt to link a PNID with the same username as your NNID, you’ll get an error (022-2571 or 102-2571) because the console thinks that account is already linked.

for instance, suppose your NNID is Test_Account123. if you link a PNID whose username is Test_Account123, your console will notice that that account is already linked, even if under a different network, so the linking process will fail.
