Which do you prefer Wii U or 3DS?

Whitch one do your prefer better. I can’t decide between the 2.

Wii U since I don’t have a 3DS. I would get a 3DS, but they’re so damn expensive.

Huh? Whats the average price range you see? I whant one though.

I’m looking at getting a New 3DS XL. On eBay they go for around $300.

Get the New 2DS XL it’s cheaper if you don’t use 3D and if you get a imported Japanese one then it’s even cheaper and modding it automatically makes it region free

Hope if you get the 3DS it is better than switch 2

Like @Mysti.x said a New Nintendo 2DS XL is a better choice if you don’t wont the 3D. (Also not everyones eyes agree with it anyway.) It has the power of a New 3DS Model and is cheaper.

I’ll have to try a 3DS before deciding if it’s better than Switch 2.

Thanks for the recommendation, but I’d rather get a New 3DS XL than a New 2DS XL.

I got my New 3DS XL for 215€ ($244,34).
And that was with charger and 3 games.

Though of course price differs by region, but I’d thought 3DS’s were cheaper in the US.

I do hope I can find a good deal on one soon.

Also are there any games you recommend?

3ds since I don’t have a Wii U but I have a 3ds a 3ds XL and have a DSi XL in the mail.

Super Mario 3D Land is seriously overhated, and is perfect for playing 1 or 2 levels on the go, but also for longer sessions. The 3D is great to eliminate the problem with 3D Platformers that you sometimes can’t tell where in 3D space you are.

Pilotwings Resort is also overhated and is actually a great game with great music.

Steeldivers is also overhated, but I’ll admit doesn’t have too much content.

And BOX BOY! doesn’t use 3D, but is still a great puzzle-platformer with a hard to describe charme due to it’s plain simplicity.

Will you use the 3D?

Even if not, the N2DSXL is just badly built. The N3DSXL is the best choice full stop. Except for the price, of course.

A New 2DS XL is very much lower quality though, it’s glued together, used the cheapest parts they could and as such bad hinges and failing NAND/RAM plagues New 2DS XLs

Also, importing a Japanese one and modding it does make it region-free in terms of games and other software, but the system itself would still be in Japanese, you need to region-change it in order to get the English language as an option but doing so breaks the eShop, and you won’t be able to redownload purchased titles or download game updates, as the eShop is still up, you just cannot add funds or make purchases, hence why Japanese 3DS family consoles tend to be cheaper

I don’t know.

Good point. My brother punched my sisters old 2DS XL over 5 years ago and after that attack it hasn’t turned on since. Just take care of your things.

Yeah that is the downside seeing as it is the hardest to repair too

The most concerning thing is when you think you know nothing then find out you know quite a bit
