Could you tell me if those characters are unlockable or if they’re mods you installed? I’ve been playing for a few months and haven’t unlocked a single character.

the only unlockable character that i’m aware of is hatsune miku in one of her birthday tracks, by finding her and ‘singing along’ through the 3DS microphone.
obviously you can visit Mario Kart 7 Mods, Tutorials & Community | MK7 Hub for more characters instead of having to unlock them all.

Speaking Of I Removed Her Entirely I Went Inside The Hack’s Files And Removed The Character Temporarily So Nobody Can Access Her
