If you agree but your reply doesn’t have content just use the heart 
symbol or hold it down to get other reactions.

As @Gamer_Itsuki has stated, the character limit is in place to encourage people to write more productive responses. A lot of your responses that I’ve seen lately could probably be replaced with a reaction to a post instead of you just saying “cool” or adding a few emojis.
