Update 2 : I’ve downloaded the new inkay update & aroma update some time ago after posting this. Sadly, the same thing still happens. Pretendo REFUSES to work on Splatoon on my main account. Nothing i did worked.
Update 3 : I’ve again, downloaded the new inkay update (v2.6.0) & the new aroma update today. ( Aroma Beta 22.) And again, the same thing happened. I’ve again tried deleting BOSS data, and also did the “Unregister Wara Wara Plaza BOSS tasks” part. I have no idea what is going on, neither no idea on how to fix this.
Note : This issue is still NOT fixed till this day, it has been already 2/3 months since i can’t use my main at all. I have to use an alt account of mine to successfully play Splatoon, or use Cemu on my main account. If you would like to say something to help, please read the whole thread.
I’ve fixed it. The reason? My save file was so badly broken i had to delete it via FTP.

shrugs Damn!! How come it was so broken??
There is also looking for deleted folders ive done the same mistake too if you still cant find it then there is deleting and redownloading but you would lose all your data
