Can I transfer my pretendo data to a new account or is it possible to change the PNID name?
yes and no.
for friends, you need to add everyone manually again. posts, likes, drawing, and screenshots on Juxt cannot be moved to another account. they’ll stay tied to your original.
for games, use a save editor like SaveMii to move save data. i’m not sure if this applies to network related save data.
you cannot change your PNID name (username), but you can change your PNID nickname, which is your Mii name shown to everyone when playing online.
