Anyone know if you’re currently subscribed to a tier when it will renew? Is it exactly a month from when you first subscribed? Where can I check?
Yes, your subscription will renew on the same day every month. Unfortunately, there’s currently no place to check your subscription renewal date on the website.
Please note that canceling a subscription will result in Discord and beta access being lost immediately, not at the next renewal date, because Pretendo does not store or handle any information about subscriptions - all of that is handled by Stripe.

Yeah I kind of found that last part out the hard way haha. I was on the super mario tier before and I was going to downgrade to the mario tier since money is kinda tight right now but I still want to support the project, and when I pressed cancel I noticed I instantly lost access to the test channels on the Discord.
I guess I’ll just put a month from today’s date in my calendar so I know that’s when it renews.
