Hi I am new of this but can someone explain this. So I have 3 friends added in my friends list and whenever I put my 3ds on sleep mode I only receive 1 street pass, and the other 2 no. Apparently it only gives me the tag from the first friend I added
Have they been online recently? You won’t pass them if they haven’t been online recently afaik

No, ¿but does that mean that I can get streetpas tags only if their are online?
I’m fairly sure that to pass someone, they have to be online within the past day or so (not sure about the timings for sure, StreetPass Relay FAQ could do with having that information).
(apparently it’s random actually, nothing you can do about it)

It’s possible to pass everyone on your friend list, but it’s random.
