first off, ive set up pretendo as intended. but when i try to load into smash online servers it sends me into a empty lobby with no one. when i try to join a friend it just says unable to join room or a connection error has occured and ive done everything from making a new pnid to reinstalling nimbus but nothing will work for some reason

May you please check your NAT type, this sounds like a P2P issue? Commonly a unsatisfactory NAT type leads to botched connection issues.

Make sure the game is fully-updated; the version should be on the title screen. What version of the game are you on?
To update if needed:
- Switch to Nintendo in Nimbus
- Launch the game; it should prompt the update if it’s needed

shouldnt this affect other games though? i can play mk7 just fine but its ssb4 specifically
it is but the prolem still persists and i cant figure out why
upnp is ataumatically enabled on my router but it still wont work

Also, what mode in-game are you trying to queue for?
