Self Host Archiverse - need help

I’ve downloaded the original miiverse archive off the internet archive

and have downloaded the old archiveverse project

I’ve never run a website locally and I have zero clue how to set this up, so I have no idea how to continue.
reason I’m doing this is that I want to search a game’s post by string (want to see if any out of bounds glitches were discovered earlier than previously known)
