Region mismatch prevents login?

Hello,

I have created my Pretendo account over the website, so the region of my account defaulted to US. I have a PAL device. I tried linking my Pretendo account over the NNID settings menu (after activating Pretendo over Nimbus, I am on an old 3DS) and it failed with the error code 022-2613. Could this be caused by the region mismatch? I would prefer to not create a new PNID… if not absolutely necessary.

My region was defaulted to the US and still is now and I have a PAL 3DS XL, I don’t believe it would be caused by the region mismatch.

Error code suggests you’ve put in incorrect information?

Yeah, looks like my password was too long and got truncated. I tried again after resetting my password, it worked just fine.
