Regarding custom eShop servers

I know that the Nintendo eShop won’t ne supporter nor revived by Pretendo Network, but i wanted to ask:

Would it be okay for me to utilise a modified version of the inkay plugin on Wii U that let’s me connect to my local eShop server, while the rest is unmodified? Will my account get a warning, or (let me exaggerate) a ban?

I’ve seen Project Rosé publish a modified version of Inkay, (and I know this is a stupid question, I know about this stuff, more or less) but I just wanted to be cautious and needed clarifications about this. Thanks in advance! :3

The Inkay source code is open source.

As long as you follow the terms of its license (https://github.com/PretendoNetwork/Inkay/blob/main/LICENSE) then you should be fine to use it for whatever you want.
