Is it okay if you use dumped Otp.bin and Seprom.bin from an unmodded wiiu?
If you’re talking about to use with Cemu, then yes it is okay to use your own dumped console files.
But is it okay if those files come from a wiiu that is not modded with Pretendo?
Yes. But you still need to have a PNID on the console first (via the DNS method) before it can be used on Cemu.

What if you already put otp and seprom.bin files in cemu before ? Do you need to dump and put them again?
Pretty sure that’s fine. I think it’s just the account.dat files…but I’m not familiar enough with Cemu to know for sure.
