Making a thread of all the Pretendo Network game-specific websites here since they’re not easy to find unfortunately from what I can tell.
There’s only one so far, but I would imagine that will increase as time goes on.

This page shows a list of rules you should follow when playing Mario Kart 8 online on Pretendo Network, how many servers are active (at the time of writing, 3 with 20 players in total), tournaments available on the servers and time trial rankings.
I’m calling it, Splatoon 1 website that contains current map rotations, news about upcoming events, and stats.

could also be mixed with the API endpoint that Splatoon posts to with your data that can be used on that site, cuz thats how the OG SplatNet worked too
I didn’t notice about the original Splatoon SplatNet companion site, now that I know of it then it makes a whole lot of sense why the game never had a SplatNet other than S2 and S3’s SplatNet because of it’s closure.
While I don’t know what that site offered, maybe it could link your PNID account to your Splatoon save file after you played online for a bit, and then maybe you could make posts though it and also see what’s in the shop as well. Heck I want to see that feature which you buy clothing straight from that webpage and it transfers over like ingame with the spike fella. That’ll be amazing.
Most likely would have to have a different name in order to not invoke copyright, how does SquidStats sound?

This is so cool, I am interested of making a smash wii u version just to see if theres anyone waiting in the lobby for a for glory 1v1 sesh without having to turn on my wii u and load the game hoping that someone is waiting
