Did you make your PNID the same as your NNID? If so, that renders both unusable until you unlink the PNID.

You don’t need a PNID to play Mario Kart 7. Could you open Miiverse and see whether you get error code 022-5432?

If that’s the case, follow these steps:

  1. Open Nimbus
  2. Switch to Nintendo servers
  3. Open Miiverse (you should get error code 022-2882 if you have a linked NNID or 015-5015 if you don’t)
  4. Exit Miiverse
  5. Open Nimbus
  6. Switch to Pretendo servers
  7. Open Miiverse again on Pretendo to check whether it’s working properly (you should get error code 015-5015 on to confirm this, if you still get 022-5432 try following the steps again)

Well first of all, if your NNID is showing on Pretendo, you have to follow what he said above this message, you can also try with the eShop on Nintendo servers and come back to Pretendo.
