hello! i’m from russia and i really like pretendo and 3ds, but it doesn’t work? 
in mario cart it’s just infinity loading and in miiverse there is a error :((((
Pretendo operates on a service called Cloudflare, which is designed to provide cybersecurity and connection to clients, though as of late, it has been blocked/terminated in many aspects due to obvious dilemmas. This in turn, means Pretendo is not accessible in Russia without multiple, not-safe-to-advise workarounds.

I think Cloudflare is just throttled but that probably doesn’t make much of a difference on 3DS.
MK issue sounds like they can’t find someone and -5432 is easily fixed
In Russia, its not throttled, but literally auto redirected to a doa-value. Russia since 2022 has blocked all get/post requests on nearly 95% of devices, in assumption affecting the 3DS. I would only assume special operational devices to be allowed access to cloudflare services in this context
I’ve asked some other people for advice since I didn’t believe it was the case and it’s only an issue on TLS 1.2 apparently?
Ok, in Russia, TLS 1.1 (practically dead lol), TLS.2, and 3, ENSI/ECH, DOH, DOT, FLARE-ECH, and HelloECH are in all progress of being “censored”/deactivated as of this year. Operation on this has been in progress since around September of 2020.
It is, to my knowledge not just a TLS 1.2 issue, as multiple protocols, encryption/cryptography labels, and extensions are all being faded out. Just like other internet sanctions that we have seen in history, this one is the same.
