Possibility of a "Retro Community" on Juxtaposition for retro videogames played on the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Wii U systems

Is there the possibility of an official Juxtaposition community that would be devoted to retro video-games that are played on either the Wii U and/or 3DS? If there is an opportunity to do so, then let me know. Thank you.
