Pokemon on 3ds?

I have Pokemon Alpha Sapphire on the 3DS. One of my favorite features are the Secret Bases and they are acessed through the PSS, which is online. I just want to know if the 3DS Pokemon games’ servers are in development so I can relive these experiences.
