Error code 022-2421 pops up whenever I try to enter PNID settings. When I look on Pretendo website, the end of my Mii name is all jumbled up. Can anyone help me? I tried badge arcade and it does not let me in so online features might be down for me.
Badge arcade is not supported by Nintendo
I might check my own system but what is your Mii name on the pretendo website and on the 3DS itself?
My Mii name is supposed to be Daniel-0>0(and is on 3ds) but on pretendo 0>0 appears as 0 & g t ; 0(characters are divided, forum autocorrects to 0>0 for some reason.)
That looks exactly the same?
Check again, it appears 0 & g t ; 0. I divided the characters because it changes to 0>0 for some reason.

You can’t access PNID settings currently on 3DS and Badge Arcade isn’t supported as stated.

Thanks, when do you think the settings will be back? And does it relate to my Mii name being a little bit jumbled on Pretendo website?
Also, Miiverse refuses to work, giving me the same error code.
No ETA. I see you have a thread on the Discord too, I’m not sure why it’s happening in Miiverse though (are you sure Miiverse is getting the same error or something slightly different).
Weird. The login failed when i always tried, now it seems to log in. Thank you for your attention and concern, it seems to work all right now. Hopefully nothing wrong happens again.
And by the way, the error code came up exactly the same before

BTW I have had this problem twice…
Miiverse took forever to log-into on my 2DS XL.
Sounds like your Mii name is being double-HTML-escaped on the server, which would be a bug. I’d suggest reporting this on the website’s GitHub issues page.
