This reminds me of the way people used to render Roblox characters years ago where they’d just remove the users facial elements.
Closest one I could find was this from a quick search (credit: https://www.fiverr.com/blue543713/create-and-design-3d-render-of-your-roblox-avatar).
I’m sure I did this for one of my PFPs years ago.
