Nope, but it has Tomodachi Collection.
I don’t think they tend to store that information, but I could be wrong. The forum does store IPs though (I think it’s usually just your current IP and the one you registered with).
I actually defend the decision. It makes NSO more worthwhile which is already decent for £1.50 a month with getting NES+GB+SNES games included for free, save data backups, free game trials and online play. I prefer Nintendo to other consoles though, so a bit biased!
You also don’t have ads when streaming and you can freely download the tracks too for later listening.
Sometimes Windows is such a pain. 
Really annoying when stuff like that happens.
