I’ve set up my Pretendo Network on my 3DS and before I can even play a custom course in Course World an error message states “The course data is corrupted. This course cannot be played.” This issue persists with EVERY user generated course. Is there something i’m missing or are the servers down or something?

hmm… methinks your game isn’t fully updated…
if this is a Game Card, first insert it into the console.
for both physical and eShop purchases, make sure you are connected to Nintendo Network via Nimbus, then attempt to start the software. your console should prompt you to download updates; follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary information, then switch back to Pretendo and try again!
I tried updating my game via the eShop but I got error code 005-4270 on both Nintendo and Pretendo servers.
When you open Nimbus does it say “Loaded” under Nintendo?
It doesn’t work on either of the servers. After trying what ExpertGem said I tried playing on Course World again and instead of it saying the course was corrupted it just crashed the entire system.
@support-helper Any idea why updating might be failing here?
