It’s not letting me play anything I’ve downloaded because it’s on pretendo now and my Nintendo network id no longer exists
Please look at the Pretendo website, and you will see that they are still working on bringing back servers for a multitude of games. They are still working on reverse-engineering many games impacted by the Nintendo Network closure, so not all of your games are available for online play at this time.
Hope I helped answer your question!
Unfortunately, your downloaded games will no longer work if you deleted the user on your console that’s associated with your NNID. If you deleted the Wii U user without deleting the NNID, you should be able to disable Inkay, create a new user on the console, and sign back into your existing NNID when it asks you if you want to create a new NNID or sign in. I think your games should start working again after doing this. If they don’t, try reopening the eShop on your NNID-linked user (still with Inkay disabled) and redownloading them if necessary.
I’m afraid that if you deleted your NNID when you deleted the user, there’s no legal way to run your games. Pretendo cannot offer support for piracy.
Thank good i used a diferent email to make a pretendo account
I don’t think it has anything to do with the email. It’s just an issue if you delete your NNID-linked user, which people might try if they make the mistake of using the same username (not email) as their NNID when creating their PNID.
You can’t have multiple users on a Wii U with the same network ID username. This means that, if your NNID and PNID have the same username, you won’t be able to sign into both at once on the console. It makes sense that Nintendo set it up like this: they never expected third-party online services, and having multiple users linked to the same NNID would probably cause issues. However, that limitation causes this issue for us.
We recommend creating a new PNID with a different username than your NNID, but some people might make the mistake of deleting their NNID-linked user to sign in with their PNID, which makes them lose access to their downloaded games. I assume that’s what happened in this case.
