Hello, I’ve recenly both created and logged into my Pretendo accaount but I constantly came accross error 022-2613, can you give an ansewer on how to solve it

It suggests like you’ve put some incorrect information in. Is it possible that your password was too long and it got truncated?

Is it the same password you use in Pretendo or other one?
What do you mean by “other one”?
Make sure you are also on Pretendo
I would think it’s obvious to use your Pretendo password but after a certain point, it will get truncated
Well…I’ll guess that I have to change it
And what happens if it’s truncates
Truncating basically means your password might be made shorter (e.g. 16 characters) due to Wii U/3DS limitations
And if it only has 9 characters
Have you put any characters in that don’t necessarily show up on your Wii U/3DS?
No, I don’t think so
Do numbres count as a truncated character
They can be truncated, but you should be able to use it in your password normally
