[MULTIPLE ISSUES POST.] Issue with Miiverse (Juxtaposition) and with Pretendo's website

I have 2 issues. One with Miiverse on 3DS and one with the website.
So, the 3DS issue is that I can’t connect to it. It gives me error 015-5015 and it had been going on for a while. I just thought it might get away but it didn’t so I’m here for help.

The Pretendo website issue is that I’m a supporter and I can’t access the beta servers. I have the Super Mario tier grade.

One reason that could maybe match my issues is concerning my ban. I have been banned on Pretendo for Hacking on Splatoon. (Yes I’m a supporter and I hacked on Splatoon public… Call me weird if you want.)

And yeah… That’s all. I just hope that I can get help quick concerning the website issue since I pay for it.

015-5015 is not a banned error code.

If you were actually banned you would have got 015-5009 or 598-0010/598-0011 with a ban reason or 022-2812/022-2814 for console/account ban.

Just login again with your PNID on 3DS, if it doesn’t work (error 022-5432) do these steps:

  1. Open Nimbus and select Nintendo
  2. Open eShop or any other Nintendo service
  3. Open Nimbus and select Pretendo again
  4. System settings, Nintendo Network ID, log with your PNID again
  5. The error should be fixed

If it still didn’t work make sure:

  • Luma3DS is running from SD card and it’s updated to 13.1.2
  • Nimbus is updated to 1.6.1
  • The first two Luma3DS settings are enabled
