Mega Mushroom sub but cannot access beta server: RE Mercenaries 3D

I upgraded to the mega mushroom subscription to try mercenaries 3D out. But I get nintendos ( 002-0110 this service has been discontinued) error. My Pnid is linked. Any thoughts on what this could be?
