I recently created a Pretendo account and linked it to my Wii U for Mario maker. It worked fine, but I noticed it was taking a long time to load basic things, like doing anything in Mario maker course world, a loading symbol will appear and the game will load for 3-6 minutes. Also the game itself takes a minute to load before the intro plays. Is there a way to make it load faster, or is this how it always has been even before nintendo’s Mario maker servers shut down?

Have you to use parental control to disable miiverse?. This trick speeds up the loading of Mario maker. Don’t hesitate to give me the id of one of your stages, I’ll play it for you.

@Tyrex1 i use sssl and happens the same and i cant disable miiverse becuase I DID NOT homebrew my wii u but soom i will be just wanted to say that your method does not work or at least thats what i think

You don’t need to have mods to disable Miiverse? I don’t know how exactly parental controls work on Wii U since I haven’t used it in a long while, but there’s an option to disable Miiverse.

Disabling Miiverse is very easy, it can be done in less than 1 minute. The parental control menus are not intuitive, you have to take your time to be sure that it is validated by the WiiU.
