I made an account on my 3ds on the pretendo server and now it will not let me into it. When I type in the password I get no error code it just says wrong password, when clicking I forgot I get error code 022-2452. The only thing I’ve been able to find online is that either I’m not on the pretendo server which is not the case, or that I am banned which should be impossible as I haven’t used any online servers on pretendo. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be awesome thank you.
This still may be possible, as it might not have fully switched:
Try this:
- Open Universal Updater
- Search “luma” and download the Luma3ds “boot.firm”
- Still in Universal Updater, also search “Nimbus” and re-install it (no need to uninstall first)
- reboot console
- Open Nimbus and press Start to finish the Nimbus update process
- Open Nimbus and click Pretendo
- Try signing in now in system settings
it still isn’t working. I also tried switching to nintendo and back to pretendo in nimbus and that didn’t fix it.
Can you open Friend List and tell me if there is any error?

It’s able to connect to “Online” just fine and you see your friend code?
When you open Nimbus it also says “Loaded” under Pretendo?
yes it is connected to online, but I do THINK it’s for my nnid not my pnid (not sure if that’s what it’s supposed to be or not). also yes nimbus says LOADED under pretendo.

Okay I can confirm you are on Pretendo and that is a Pretendo Friend Code.
I was checking that in case your 3DS wasn’t fully switching to Pretendo, which happens sometimes
Try this:
- Open Nimbus
- Switch to Nintendo
- Open eShop
- Switch back to Pretendo in Nimbus
- Try signing into your PNID now in System Settings
still saying incorrect password and not letting me click forget password.
