This is my first post sorry if its kinda all over the place-
So I put Pretendo on my siblings 3ds’s so I can play with them in college.
But last night a friend recommended this screen time add on to Luma since my sibling is young. I downloaded it not realizing it was for Luma 12.
When I realized I switched it back and now my sisters Pretendo ID isnt showing up, all it says is “You cannot use this network ID on this system” and when I go to friends it says “this device’s access to online services has been restricted by Nintendo”.
So her acc is banned and I’m not sure how to go about it. Luma is back to version 13 but it didn’t fix it. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!

The error code is 002-0121 btw. Ive also seen people mention getting your serial number banned?? All I did was mess with Luma though so idk.
Well I discovered a solution, which was downloading Luma from the universal updater three times and re enabling “Game patching” and “load external firms” over and over.
