Hello. When i clicked the link it told me to make an account (so i did). But when i did and signed in, it said i needed a linked wii u / 3ds. I just wanna browse it on my phone as i dont have a SD card i can use. Thanks.

We require signing in initially on a Wii U or 3DS to prevent unwanted content afaik

Yes, that’s correct. Otherwise, it would be far easier to create many spam and trolling accounts without a console to link them together.
