I don’t know if its my internet, but miiverse hasn’t been working for over 4 days now. I HAVE done everything right, I have a linked account, and miiverse keeps giving me a “a connection error has occurred. if the error persists, close miiverse.”
(I use home hub 3000 btw)
Welcome to pretendo’s forums as for the problem im not sure i have the same problem and there is no error code i don’t know if this is a problem for everyone im waiting to see if it gets fixed
oh aight, I just wanted to know if other people had this error too. also thanks for telling me
Cause:
Loads rev.pem
while on pretendo, which causes the 3ds to be confused so you get a communication error
Fix:
If you have FBI:
- Launch FBI
- Go to sd card
- Go to 3ds folder
- Check if you have rev.pem, if so, delete it. Else, skip this step and move to NEXT
Else: SD Card on PC/Mobile:
- If 3ds is powered off, take out the SD Card and put to your computer
- Go to your sd card
- Go to your 3ds folder
- Check if you have rev.pem, if so, delete it. Else, skip this step
- Re-Insert back to your 3ds and power on
Section 2: Re-installing Nimbus
- Launch Universal Updater
- Type “Nimbus” at search bar
- You should see one thing, get it
- Wait till done.
- Launch Miiverse and see if it works.
Note: If you get an error code, go to one of the steps containing the same error code you’ve got
If you get an error code:
022-5432
- Launch Nimbus
- Switch To Nintendo Network using Nimbus
- Launch eShop
- If launched, Launch Nimbus
- Switch To Pretendo Network (you should be
signed off, so it gives you 015-5015, go to that
section)
015-5015:
- Go to System Settings
- Go to Nintendo Network ID Settings
- You should be logged off, log in with the correct credentials.
- If successful you should see 2 miis, pick whatever they don’t do anything.
- Congrats you’ve logged in now launch Miiverse and You should be GOOD TO GO!
