Ok, first off Pretendo devs need to get there bots fixed. Not only did the following happen.
A post I made to help people use Tiramasu apps in aroma get flagged for harrassment, violent, or harmfull content which was never true.
when, i messaged a user stating regarding app forwarders. Talking about said things could get me flagged. Which happened.
The bots pretendo uses to flag comments is so bad. They fail to proof read or check what is violent, harnfull, or abussive content. The pretendo devs really need to update or chevk the auto flagging bots get updated. Because, in the current state. The auto flagging bots are horrid.
Below, are a few screenshots so you can confirm . The bots the pretendo service uses. Is really bad at detecting content that should be removed.
These are AUTOMATIC messages when your post gets flagged by multiple people. Your posts are automatically hidden at this point, some forums have an option to show your posts content but Pretendo doesn’t.
The message that gets sent to you is just the default template. The other messages that were sent to you were messages notifying you that a staff member removed it because they agreed it didn’t follow rules.
The bots do not flag your posts automatically and if your post contained words that were not allowed on here, they would not be allowed to be posted in the first place.
These are not false flags, these are notifications stating that your posts were removed for breaking the community rules. Pretendo does not permit talking about piracy on any of its platforms, including Discord and the forum.
The screenshots in your second post clearly show that a staff member reviewed the flags and manually removed your posts because they considered the flags to be valid. This was not an automatic or bot removal as you were assuming.
Emulation, homebrew apps, and cfw isnt piracy. =_=
Not once did i mention roms or anything like that. So what piracy are you talking about?
The hb store allows things like better screenshots, better pretendo connection, and minor visual enhancements like forced widescreen on wii games via disc. How on earth is that piracy as you said.
Installing unsigned apps can include pirated games, even if that wasn’t what you were talking about. I’m not the one who made this rule, but the admins have made it clear that Pretendo cannot take any risks when it comes to content that may make it look like we allow people to discuss piracy. Keeping Pretento out of Nintendo’s bad side is the most important consideration.
