Issue with setting up my pretendo account

I hadn’t yet set up a nintendo account on my 3ds, but whenever I try to link my account, it sends me this error. Is there anything I had done wrong?
error code: 022-5432

  1. Open Nimbus and switch to Nintendo
  2. Open eShop
  3. Close it and open Nimbus again
  4. Switch back to Pretendo
  5. Try signing in again now
