Issue with Pretendo on my 3ds

Whenever I select Pretendo on the pretendo application on the 3ds, it closes and goes back to the main menu of the 3ds. What am I doing wrong?

This is normal.

If you re-open Nimbus but it is still on Nintendo, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Try this:

  1. Open Universal Updater
  2. Search “luma” and download the Luma3ds “boot.firm”
  3. Still in Universal Updater, also search “Nimbus” and re-install it (no need to uninstall first)
  4. reboot console
  5. Open Nimbus and press Start to finish the Nimbus update process
  6. Open Nimbus again and click Pretendo
  7. Now you should be on Pretendo Network
