Is Xapfish allowed on the Pretendo network? (especially in Splatoon)

I’ve seen this forum topic talking about whether or not using a keyboard in Splatoon is allowed. Someone suggested using Xapfish, a Cemu fork that maps the mouse to the gyro. They said:

Though I’m not sure about that. I really would like to use it but I’m not risking getting my account+console banned. The moderator Joshua8600PNID closed the topic but that doesn’t clearly state whether or not Xapfish is allowed or not.

I need a clear answer on this. Either with some solid evidence, or official confirmation from the Pretendo team themselves.

Using Zapfish is allowed, as is using a mouse and keyboard (Cemu also supports keyboard input).

I don’t see any problem with using it, and many people probably do.
