Hey! I’m new here. I am on a Wii U using Aroma environment with the Enviroment Loader set to the health and safety app. I am trying to check if inkay is active, but pressing L+D-pad down+ minus does not open the configuration menu. Nothing pops up on my screen. Any help would be appreciated!
I don’t think this is appropriate for here, since this would be an issue you’re facing with Aroma, not Inkay
Most I can recommend is make sure you’ve got the Aroma environment loaded before trying to open the Aroma plugin configuration menu, and make sure you are loading into Aroma and not Tiramisu or another legacy environment
To check this, I believe you need to hold X while opening the Health & Safety app and select Aroma to make sure you’re actually booting into the Aroma CFW environment
Note that in the menu that should be presented to you, there may be one option highlighted in yellow, that would be your default option and what you were booting into. To prevent having to hold X whenever you wanted to start Aroma, press Y on the environment named aroma and from there onwards when you open the Health & Safety application you should be put into Aroma automatically

When did you get Aroma?
Early versions did not have the Plugin menu.
You can see if there is an update using the Aroma Updater app:
I got Aroma from https://aroma.foryour.cafe/ somewhere between June 3rd and 10th. I am not sure which version it is, but I have never seen the updater app you are recommending before.
A couple of days after I modded my Wii U, my Chromebook stopped letting me access the files on my SD card, so I guessed some files were corrupted. However, I just deleted all the files on the SD card, and now my Chromebook lets me access it completely!
Since the card is empty now, should I just go back to the site, download everything fresh, and put it back on the card? Will that give me the newest version with the plugin menu fixed?

Ok! and it turns out my SD card was all wonky/didn’t format correctly so I plan to get a new one tomorrow if I have the time to! I may respond somewhere as of June 18th - July 1st. 
Update? Pt. 1: It turns out I was mixing some tiramisu files with aroma which that’s one solution so far!
