I want to get every legitiment gear in splatoon 1. but when I was reading the website it said this:
You can directly use a modified save file if you don’t want to use splathex.
here if you don’t want octoling just change your character’s gender.
I would recommend this to access hidden equipment directly from the menu (just wear clothes, weapons could get you banned and could also brick your console).
Edit: I just read the descriptions for both mods and you can use the save file from either of the 2 as they both have the hidden gears unlocked, and to access the hidden gear you need to run the mod containing the second link as this will allow you to see the hidden gear in the menu and access the gear.
(I HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading the mod descriptions)

Im not really looking forward to the weapons right now.
if there is a chance for a online ban for splathex I’m more likely going to do this then! 
Well, editing your save file with Splathex won’t get you banned.
You’d only get banned if you cheat or use hidden weapons online.
I offered you these mods because you said you couldn’t use Splathex.
I forgot to mention that if you use the mod and still can’t play online, you should use the nohash add-on.

If you’re referring to “nohash”, it’s an “aroma” plugin for Wii U.
no I’m on a Chromebook, and most of these mods I know need a windows, so I’m asking if no-hash will work on my Chromebook.
nohash is something for the Wii U, not your chromebook silly.

Honestly, I don’t know how Cemu works, since I’ve never used it, but I think you can add those plugins.

but I’m going to mark the mod packs as solution and if the mod packs don’t work I’m more likely to use splathex then! TYSM!! 
(the octoling looks too cool so I may add the octoling mod pack too!)
As long as it was possible to obtain them in the vanilla game without glitches/modifications, even if rare or difficult, then that is fine and allowed to use SplatHex.
