If i post my Wii U or 3DS menu in Miiverse juxt but the menu has a custom theme, nothing happens?

I am curious, maybe yes because i posted my Wii U menu with a purple theme and nothing happened, as i use my Wii U for post 3DS screenshots, what happens if i post a screenshot of my 3DS menu with a custom theme on it?

Nothing will happen. Custom screenshots are allowed as long as they follow community topics.
