Hello everyone! I created my Pretendo account today and was going to link it to my Wii U Console only to get prompted with I cannot use the same name as my Nintendo Account, am I just doing something wrong or do I need to create a new Pretendo account?

same thing happened to me on my 3ds. you need to create a new pnid with a different username than your nnid and it should work.
