Hello Pretendo Network,
I am contacting you because I have a problem with my 3DS.
My problem is that I can no longer play online
because I was banned but I don’t know why, is it
that there would be a way to no longer be banned?

Can you tell me the error code by any chance? Also, could you provide your friend code?

If it’s 002-0121 or 002-0150, it is NOT a ban and we can provide some steps to resolve it.

My error code is 002-0102 and my friend code is 1432-6469-7582

let me guess… cheating in mk7? because that is very common.

edit: you were going at mach 5 (or speeding) on mk7 so yup you were cheating

002-0102 means you have been banned I believe.

Have you ever committed a bannable offense (e.g. cheating online)?

How long ago was this? User might be able to appeal ban if it’s a few months ago

i was about to reply on this with the same evidence. but i guess someone else already did.
i don’t think people saying “i was banned but i dunno why” is a good reason to just say on a appeal. because with how clearly it is that you cheated with speed hacks 4 weeks ago.
