When I created my PNID on the website I didn’t know that there where some characters I could not enter into my 3DS so I was hoping I could have my account deleted so I can make my account from my 3DS so I don’t make this mistake again.

Have you checked the symbol keyboard? I just don’t want to forward the request on without checking that.
The Character is there but it’s grayed out

In my PNID it’s the underscore but my password also has some different characters
My PNID has an underscore and is linked to my 3DS just fine. Hit the shift button when typing in your username. The dash character becomes an underscore. If you have a password with invalid characters, you can just change your password on the website. There’s a “forgot password” button when logging in. Though I’m curious what characters you’re using which aren’t valid
