so i keep getting this error when i try to go at my friend’s city or they get it when they try to go at mine, but yesterday i was able to play without any problems.
i have up to date luma and pretendo, and i also launched the pretendo plugin before opening acnl

Both you and your friend should check NAT type:
so with my connection i have a nat type f, but then i tried with my dad’s connection (i still don’t know the nat type, i’ll check it later) and it worked, but then suddenly it stopped working.
my friends were able to go on other person’s city, so i think the problem is just mine.

Major oof. That means no P2P connections at all. 
do you know a method like to change your nat type? i only have mobile connection, we have no home wifi

Iliad unfortunately is type F, I doubt that’s going to change anytime soon. You probably would have a better NAT type with the more established MNOs, but I don’t know whether it would be enough to go online
