Hello, I’ve been trying to connect the Pretendo server to my console, following the instructions on the official website. I’ve installed all the necessary files, but I can’t seem to connect the PNID to the console. The console itself doesn’t allow me to do so, and I’ve even installed the latest update, but it still doesn’t work. Can you please help me resolve this issue?

Are you getting any error codes while trying to link a PNID?
@jonysmi Without you providing an error code, I can’t know for sure, but it sounds like a basic issue we have encountered many times before.
Try these basic troubleshooting steps:
- Open Universal Updater
- Search “luma” and download the Luma3ds “boot.firm”
- Still in Universal Updater, also search “Nimbus” and re-install it (no need to uninstall first)
- reboot console
- Open Nimbus and press Start to finish the Nimbus update process
- Open Nimbus again and click Pretendo
- Try signing in now in system settings
